cheapest Dolby Digital DSS box.....?? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know of any really cheap DSS receivers (say under $100) out there now -- I'd need it to have Dolby Digital capability, but wouldn't care about the brand.

Circuit City and Best Buy have the Hughes and Philips DirecTivos for around $99. Orbit Sat has the Hughes model for $79. Check the Tivo section at AVS Forum for the best deals.
I'm not sure you will find a standard receiver with DD for less than this.
