Cataloging program for Pocket PCs and/or Palms (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if there is any application out there that would let me catalogue my DVDs and/or CDs on my Pocket PC and or Palm? It would be nice to be able to enter the information on the desktop, and have it available with me on my PPC or Palm. Does such a beast exist? Thanks!
