Can't remember the title of this old movie (1 Viewer)

HI everyone, My friend and I were talking about old martial art movies then he remembered one, must have been made in the early 80s, about the ghost of Bruce Lee teaching a kid how to fight after his dad, who was a martial art master himself, got his legs broken or something and does't want his son to learn martial art because it got him into troubles. That's all we seem to remember, it's all very blurry in our minds.
I'm looking for the title. Sure this movie must sucks but I don't think we're the only two peoples who remember it.

Kinda sounds like no retreat, no surrender. At least the training with Bruce Lee's ghost part. It's been a long time, I can't recall the part about his father though...

BTW; Jean Claude Van Damme played a bad guy in this film.
