uhgg..how do you do this? Last night I got to the point where I could open the red box but now I can't remember where the heck the other ring is to open it? Thanks

hmmm the spoiler is really in the thread in After Hours but to save you the trouble, I think the "other ring" (the one that is harder to find than the first one) is


in the curtains over the window, you have to open and close the curtain a bunch of times and then it falls out... I think.

That seems to be the case - kind of a silly aspect of an otherwise great accomplishment. Not particularly intuitive to have to ruffle the curtains. You figure "I've checked here, there's nothing, I'll look elsewhere". That will probably be the last item for many of the people who have solved this game.
