I need some help in building a two way home stereo passive x-over. I will be using a Morel MDT30 tweeter with a morel 8in driver. I know I want to x-over at about 2200-2500 hz but do not know how to build the xover. Can you assist me?

If the 8" Morel driver is available at Madisound, then I'd recommend using their LEAP crossover design service. For $60 you'll get something that's a very good start on a crossover design. I have a filter for the Morel MDT30, but without knowing about the 8" Morel driver, I can't suggest a filter for that, or the tweeter padding for the MDT30.

That might not be the best tweeter/woofer pair (you might get beaming from the woofer crossed so high).

Anyhow, I still recommend using Madisound's XO design service because they'll be able to suggest the front baffle size, and the size of the cabinet when they do the XO design.
