My friend's looking for a soundcard strictly for analog 2ch stereo audio. What are some good ones out there? He says he's looking at this turtle beach one. He wants to spend about $80 Canadian... Suggestions?

For $80, Turtle Beach is probably fine- athough I think there is little quality diff between a $40 card and an $80-- I'd say for real quality cards, prices start at $200 US.
