Well I've got one that does all that except SACD. I believe this is re-branded Nintaus.

hkflicks.com sells a region free Pioneer Elite 45a. It doesnt do PAL-NTSC convertion, and I dont know about if hkflicks is a authorized Elite dealer.

Go to hkflix.com and get the JVC. It doesn't have SACD capability, but it does correctly display PAL>NTSC conversion.

There is only one such player that I know of, the hacked Pioneer DV-563A. $250 at samstores.com. (A macrovision free version is also available for more money.) This is the closest to a universal player on the market. It does PAL to NTSC conversion as well.
