Having audio “clicks” every second or so with the UBP-X700M, on all discs. (1 Viewer)

The title pretty much says it all. When using discs of any form, 4k, DVD, etc. the audio will sort of (nearly indiscernibly) pop or cut out every second. It’s a clicking noise. It’s annoying and I don’t know how to fix it. Any suggestions? I’m about to throw this player out the window.

Sounds like an hdmi handshake problem. Have you tried a new hdmi cable?

What is your audio arrangement? HDMI into a TV? HDMI into a receiver? Co-axial into a DAC? If it's the latter, check the audio settings on your Blu-ray player to make sure they're compatible with the DAC.
