Has anyone heard of this title? If so, can you comment on its content and quality?

I do, its ok. Its not the same old CNN footage. In fact, I think there is only one shot, from the ground, of a plane hitting. The rest is all DV footage in and around ground zero. Basically, all their journalists ran out of the office with their DVCAMs and started shooting and talking to people. Its only 45 minutes long. Its not great footage but its different footage. For example, empty traige centers, people on the street huddled together listening to a car radio for news on what happened, etc. I enjoyed it.
