Hadn't seen this mentioned before, and not 100% sure it'll happen in R1. But seeing their a small company I'm sure it will.
Saw this post today at hmv.co.uk:

Love to have an anamorphic version of this movie to go with my Criterion copy.
I hope someone can confirm this coming to R1.

Anchor Bay has already released Time Bandits. I've heard it's the same transfer as Criterion's version (not anamorphic).
