66 classic movies set to "Uptown Funk" (1 Viewer)

I posted a link a while ago about a video containing 66 classic films clips set to the song "Uptown Funk". I'd like to identify each film clip, and I think this community could help! I know some of them, but others I have no idea. Some I know the Actors, but I'm not sure which picture they are in. Thanks in advance!

That looks like Bill Robinson, so it might be one of the films she made with him, maybe The Littlest Rebel (?) I think all the films she made with him are in B&W, so this clip is from a colorized version. Yuck.
