This is without a doubt the finest film version of Robert Louis Stevenson's story, and a wonderfully cinematic film. Everyone with TCM who hasn't seen this film should take the opportunity to do so.

I knew there was a reason I took that day off. Since Warner now controls this (I think) we'll never see it on DVD so time to fire up the VCR as the next best thing.
