I currently own a 32" RCA television, and so my next television will logically be a widescreen one, I'm thinking front projector.

Could someone fill me in on good deals, what to look for, etc. for 16:9 projectors?

What's your budget?

What size screen do you plan on using?

What do you plan to use to drive it? Progressive scan DVD? Scaler? HDTV receiver? etc

Also what type of room will you be using and what size?

Will there be any light coming in?

What type of projector DLP, CRT, LCD?

Whats the rest of your equipment that you have?

You didn't mention the Panasonic AE100, which starts at about $1300 I think if you import from Japan. Only 800-somethingx400-something tho.
I have the Epson EMP-TW100 and it seriously kicks heinie ;) for an LCD machine, but of course I'm biased.
