I have a parasound avc 2500a and when I hook up my xbox the video comes in in black and white tried several spots on the back cant figure out why when its hooked directly to the tv its fine, any help would be greatly appreciated

Try auditioning Velodyne they are the best sub out there when it comes to music, so clean and tight with less then 1% total harmonic distortion a little price'e but worth every penny!!:emoji_thumbsup:

I just received some pristine albums and want to record them to CD on my computer what do I need to do to accomplish this another words what do I need as far as hard ware cables etc. to hook up my system. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

See If you can get your local dealer to let you audition several brands I own a 1205a and have had it for about six months now and love the proformance on movies as well as music the are pushing my cdm7nt speakers with ease and they really are agood amp for the money.

Have you considered Parasound you should give them a listen they go well with your 805s

I have CDM 7NT front & rear with the CDM CNT center & a Velodyne SFX 12 sub Powered by Parasound AVC-2500U and the Parasound 1205A five channel amp.

I have to say 2channel rules also listening to some good vinyl, sounds so much better with the right system and equipment.;)

Scott, I have the 1205A which puts out a conservative 140 watts x5 at at 8 ohms which is plenty of power and half the price of the 2205

I have the parasound for about 6 months now and I am very sastisfied with the sound i'm pushing 4 cdm7nt with matching center with no problems, you will love this amp on music as well as movies.the sound stage is awsom.:emoji_thumbsup:

Parasound has an amp that will do up to 12 speakers and I belive it is quite reasonable check out their web site to get all the paticulars on specs and cost it's called the zone master or Z12 list for $2000.00 I just went on the site and checked.

Well I picked up another dish and instalation kit at radio shack the dish cost me $40.00 open box the kit was a real bargin at $15.00 my third receiver is up and running with a great signal I am glad now that I did not buy the splitter and saved a lot of money to boot!!

For the money your best bet is the parrasound 2205 for build quality and proformance it cant be beat.:emoji_thumbsup:

I own both the 2500u with the 1205a and have been very pleased with this combo both with music and movies you will get a lot of pleasure from this system I am getting ready to up grade to the 2205a and 6.1 soon. I added the board for 5.1 analog for dvd-a and it is awsome my speakers are cdm7nt's...

You should look into Parasound you can pick up the 2500u with a matching 5 channel amp for about $3500 great prepro and amp combo for the money.;)
