I, too bought an RP56 based on the great advice here and have no regrets at all. It's hooked up to my TW56x81 and really rocks...

My advice is to buy a UPS that also conditions power. I got a Tripplite Smart500 USB with power conditioning. I checked with the mfr and ran their answers past an EE buddy of mine and this unit does have sine wave output. Plus, it has a $50k equipment warranty

Thanks Bill... This is more of a wife doesnt want to fiddle with it than an equipment issue. She's a "press one button" kinda gal. Me, I'd fire up the surround sound! The stock speakers are full range, I may not get much extra by replacing them unless I use a coax type of speaker:D
