I was wondering if it makes sense to use the analog outs from a DVD player instead of the digital outs when watching movies. I'm looking into a new player that can do DVD-A, and was curious about using the analog outs for movies as well. Thanks Jeremy Peake

Thanks everyone for all the great advice. I hadn't looked at the Denon 1600, and think I'll stop in and demo that one. If I decide I need more player than that, I'll probably wait for the Denon 2900, and compare that to the s2300. Thanks a lot!
