I drove just over 350 miles home from Addison, TX in 5 1/2 hours this morning. I feel your pain.
You haven’t driven around LA or NYC then.I survived driving to/around/through Chicago yesterday. Wasn’t easy- torn up roads all over the place, traffic out the ying yang, and
the drivers there drive way too fast, and do aggressive and rude maneuvers (no contest-
the rudest drivers I have seen in my travels).
I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon.

It’s all a matter of opinion regarding traffic and cities.I've never driven around LA, but I have in NYC several times. And a number of other large US cities. Chicago has the worst traffic (and drivers) I've ever experienced. Back in the day when a friend and I would often drive from the Boston area to Minneapolis and back, we always tried to plan our driving schedule so that we would hopefully be going through Chicago at the least choked up times. The trouble is that there really aren't many of those.
Los Angeles- never been in that city. NYC- been there. Drivers do rival Chicago as far as aggressiveness, and rudeness. You haven’t driven around LA or NYC then.

Growing up in Connecticut/NYC Metro area, the reputation of Boston drivers has been noted as being pretty bad.True enough. It's also true that I haven't been driving out that way in probably a decade and a half. Things have undoubtedly changed. I used to know driving in and around Boston like the back of my hand, but there have been enough changes in the past several years that I'm not as comfortable doing so as I used to be.
Driving on LA's freeways is like the Wild Wild West.Los Angeles- never been in that city. NYC- been there. Drivers do rival Chicago as far as aggressiveness, and rudeness.
Are they tolled, like a lot of Chicago’ beltways?Driving on LA's freeways is like the Wild Wild West.
Not the last time I was in LA.Are they tolled, like a lot of Chicago’ beltways?
About NYC- the GW (George Washington Bridge) rakes the toll money in- several years ago, it costed about $120 for a 5 axle truck.
I’m sure it costs considerably more than that to cross it now (I guess the silver lining is the toll is only one direction- northbound). That bridge alone makes more than $2 million per day in tolls!
They're not called Mass-holes without cause. If I ever get cut-off by someone on the Vermont interstates, it's usually someone with license plate from MA.Growing up in Connecticut/NYC Metro area, the reputation of Boston drivers has been noted as being pretty bad.
In his plea agreement, Van der Sloot said he was on a beach in Aruba when Holloway rebuffed his sexual advances.
Holloway kneed him in the crotch before he kicked her "extremely hard" in the face, he told prosecutors. She was unconscious when Van der Sloot found a cinderblock nearby and used it to "smash her head in with it completely," Van der Sloot admitted.
He then took her body to water, got in knee deep, and pushed the teen's body out into the ocean.
"After that, I, I get out," he said. "I walk home."
Yes the McLovin thing in Superbad- hilarious. I’ll have to watch that again soon.Working with records this morning from someone with the last name "McHorney". That must have been a challenging name to live with through high school and the military.
Sounds like it could have been paired up with "McLovin" in Superbad.
