You never said how well the surround worked after the cable install. Does the 14ga work ok for you? How did it sound?

Sorry about that. It sounds great. The 14ga works fine. The main reason I switched it was I wanted the in wall kind. It kinda worried me when they said insurance could deny the claim. Now I have great sound with peace of mind.
