Hey Guys,
Before I get grilled, I did take a look around the forums last night and couldn't really find an answer to my question. So here we go; I'm of a younger generation where everything has always been CD or MP3, but a lot of music that I listen to is classic rock that first appeared on Vinyl; Metallica, The Who, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, etc. Because of my interest in some older bands, I've recently been drawn to pick up a turn table and some LP's. The problem is I don't really know what I should go for. New or Old? What brand, model? Just for some reference I was looking at spending no more than about $200 (Including Cartridge and Needle) I also do not have a Phono input on my receiver so I will need a table with a built in Preamp or I will need to go pick one up. Any push in the right direction would be a huge help.
Thanks,
Eric
