The Saturday night episodes were a trainwreck. How does this place stay open?
Rocco has the attention span of a gnat. Jeffrey has little in terms of handling such childish, talented, men like Rocco. The right hand is definitely not talking to the left hand in this joint venture as seen with comical editing of showing Jeffrey giving the head chef a raise, and the next morning, Rocco fires him and has his personal effects ripped from his locker and brought to Rocco's office so the head chef doesn't have to go back to the restaurant.
I have no idea why Rocco had his momma sit down in a meeting with Jeffrey during lunch. Cheesy ploy on Rocco's part. There's hardly any sympathetic players in this "drama", so it's a good thing this show is getting sacked, like the now-former head chef at Rocco's.
