I think the Wolf's voice was Wagner Moura. Never heard of him, but he has a great voice.

It is worth noting that The Trident short does NOT feature Antonio Banderas or Salma Hayek in their film roles. They are very clearly soundalikes, which really stuck out when watching the short after the main feature. I'm sure this was DreamWorks trying to pinch pennies on a bonus feature, but they really should have just gone for it. Banderas did voice Puss in The Three Diablos short which was included on the Blu-ray of the first film, which makes it even weirder that they wouldn't for this one.
