My Onkyo HT-R393 wasn't recognizing dts-hd Ma from my Blu-ray discs. The sound was being outputted bitstream over HDMI, but would only play back DTS. Now I've set my Blu-ray player to output PCM over HDMI, but I want to make sure I will be getting all of the channels.
If a 7.1 dts-hd ma is being outputted PCM over HDMI, will my receiver be able to down mix that to 5.1?
