Just rented this for a second time from Netflix about a month ago and they still have the original copies with Closed Captioning rather than the standard subtitles....at least the copy they sent me was that version, can't say if all of the copies they have circulating are of the original release.

Turns out Innocence is out on Blu-ray here in Japan. Going to pick that up before I go home since I am getting a PS3 in a month or so, and USA and Japan share a region code on Blu-ray.
