Need help on a my first HT System (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone. First of all, I don't have much knowledge on HTs systems, never had one, and am planning to buy my first. The objective is not to use it only to watch movies, but also to be the primary sound playing source of the house (wi'fi connectivity with notebook is a must).


My requirements:


- Budget: $ 350

- Wi-Fi connectivity with notebook (DLNA? Bluetooth?)

- Blu Ray player / Ipod Dock

- Doesn't need to be top notch sound (obviously by the limited budget), but at least a decent quality

- Wireless rear speakers would be a nice plus


Is that possible with this budget? Is it better to buy a "complete" system or make a project on my own? I would rather buy a "ready" system, but if making a project is cheaper/better, I might go with that ...
