Need Help Connecting My Home Theater (1 Viewer)

I need help reconnecting my home theater. If you can think of the best way (or a better way) I should hook this stuff up, please let me know. Here's what I'm working with now:

Receiver - Onkyo HT-R330
TV - Olevia 237-T12
PC - HDMI for video, digital coax for audio
PS3 - HDMI for video, digital optical for audio
Wii - Component for audio/video

I guess where I'm confused is the Monitor Out and things like that on the back of the receiver. Plus, I can't get my cable to play through the surround sound. My buddy set my stuff up before so I really don't know much about what I'm doing. Any help is appreciated.

That seems O.K. to me but remember to set the individual speaker sizes (set them all to Small), volumes, distances and cross-over setting in the receivers speaker setup menu.
