Memento LE - how to navigate the menus? (1 Viewer)

I remember years ago there being a thread giving detailed instructions on how to navigate the menus, but now I can't find that thread. Is it still around? Or if it isn't, could someone please just tell me the easiest way to get the movie started? Thanks!
