Well, since you capitalized small, I have to ask what you consider small. If it were me, I'd say ACI Emerald, Sapphire III, or Jaguar. I have 3 Emeralds and they are excellent. I've heard the Jaguars and absolutely love them. They will be my next upgrade. But they are anything but small. I've yet to hear the Sapphires but someone near me has them and I'll be heading over there before long to check them out.

I don't remember what model, but I didn't think the Vienna Accoustic speakers were too big, and they sounded AWESOME! I have an M&K 750 THX speaker setup, and the fronts are really good for movies, though don't get enough low frequency to forego a subwoofer.
