Don't actually know, the link was forwarded to me by a friend who used to work in Scandinavia.

Looking around the net, seems to suggest that Fleggaard is kinda like Best Buy and the ad is aimed at Danish audiences, but the store(s) itself is in Germany, where prices for electronics are presumably cheaper than in Denmark (Danes probably have very high sales taxes). Hence the reference to "just across the border" in the ad.
