As many have pointed out, the stranded human and alien storyline is not new, and certainly not exclusive to "Enemy Mine". My big issue the similar storyline to "Enemy Mine" (albeit with some differences) AND the fact that the alien was a virtual clone of the one from that movie.

Just watched it last night.

See what I'm talking about? This whole season so far has been a rehash of TNG episodes past!

All I could think during the whole thing was "Darmok, at Tanagra!".

And of coarse, Enemy Mine. But I let that one slide because, again I've mentioned this before, after all these years - EVERY theme on TV and in the movies can be boiled down to an "original" idea someone came up with in the 60's, who stole it off of some Scifi writer from the '30's!
