Deciding on a projector (1 Viewer)

Need help with choosing a projector. This will be my first. Smaller room with fair amount of ambient light. Not trying to break the bank. Narrowed decision down to optoma Hd33 3d or epson 3020. Mainly watching movies and sports. Any help appreciated.

Room size? Lens to wall? Table/ceiling mount? Budget? Painted wall/screen/Acoustic Screen? LCD or DLP(or do you not know the difference yet?)?

13x20. Ceiling mount. 2000 for projector and screen. Leaning towards dlp.

100". Need an inexpensive audio 5.1 suggestion also. 1000 or so for receiver and speakers.

You didn't answer Sam's question: Distance from lens to screen(throw distance)? Depending on what this is, your 2 choices may or may not work. There are numerous choices for speakers and receivers. You need to list the features needed, and what type of speakers(Towers, bookshelf, satellites)?
