Assuming the descriptions are accurate, in a bathroom stall with a line of women waiting for it, then it's 1) not that private and 2) probably not that big an assumption that something is going on when there's two pairs of legs visible.

While that's certainly possible, it doesn't prove they weren't having sex in there. After all, if they were having sex, I kind of doubt they would admit it. They have enough to be embarrassed about already. (Getting arrested, getting fired, fighting, resisting arrest, using a fake ID) I doubt they would want to add "having sex in a public restroom" to that list. Why add more fuel to the fire? Plus, if they weren't having sex, why did so many witnesses say they were?

I actually came up with an explanation for the "Lesbian Fantasy", which (if I may pat myself on the back) is a damn good explanation.

I've always said that men:
1) Like sex (DUH!)
2) Like to watch people having sex.
3) Don't like to see a man naked.

so it would make sense why we like this "Lesbian Action". Who wants to see a man and a woman having sex? That would mean you'd have to see a man naked! ICK!

Womens body's are beautiful. Even other women will agree and can see the beauty in a womans body. Men's bodies are too 'utilitarian'. So no one wants to see a naked man.

Two women having sex, involves sex, hot babes, and NO naked men

p.s. It's tough to get aroused by a man and a woman having sex because you don't want to get into that "horny" state of mind and then get a glimpse of the 'man'! Totaly buzz kill!

You want to see 2 women because you want to be able to imagine yourself in the scene with either both of them or even just one. I'd rather be in a room with 2 naked women, than a room with a naked woman and a naked man.

Not for me. I mean, yeah, maybe there's the back-of-the-mind thought, "Man, I'd like to get in the middle of that!" But, it's hot in and of itself, without my being inserted into the equation at all. Iregardless of the common usage of the term, lesbianism by my dictionary means homosexuality, and that is defined as "sexual desire for others of one's own sex".
