Center channel near DVD player... (1 Viewer)

I'm planning on a layout like this:

| [Center spkr] [DVD player]
-------------------------------
| [Receiver] [Cable box]
-------------------------------

Am I going to run into a problem having that center channel so close to the TV, receiver, or DVD player?

If the speaker is magnetically shielded, which probably is, you won't have any problems.

Other than it being off center, I don't think it will be a problem.
