I've only watched the Richard Linklater intro on the IAYWTM DVD. It's actually quite interesting. Linklater claims that IAYWTM is his favorite Fassbinder and it's easy to see the influence that film had on Slacker and Waking Life in a structural/narrative sense. Of course, Linklater took it to an extreme (not a criticism) in that his episodes in Slacker and WL are shorter and feature different characters as opposed to a central one. IAYWTM is said to be a difficult film but I had no problem with it (though I can see that some of the subject matter might be off-putting to some). At the very least, however, it's a commanding exercise in cinema. I'm sure you'll love it. :)

Stupid two-headed coins!

Abstain - No Playtime but I'm almost certain it's not as good as The Lady Eve

Abstain - only part of ATHA

Brook,
Good call on TLaDoCB and TOOoD! (or did you actually vote against them? :D) :emoji_thumbsup: :emoji_thumbsup: Cheers!

THE LADY EVE (won via a toss coin :D)
abstain (Wild Strawberries [A+, 99] is my Bergman's greatest/best and most profound film)
