Borders coupon for Buy One, Get One Half Off on BLU RAY. Since they charge the MSRP, it's probably not a great deal but I'd imagine that it would get the price down to about what you'd pay online.
What does Borders mean by "List price"? Does that mean Border's usual retail price, or the manufacturers suggested retail price? (Though granted in the case of Borders both of those are usually sky high). I'm just trying to get a sense of whether they're trying to trick people with this "40% off List price" claim.
No tricks. It is widely understood that Borders charges prices that are much closer to MSRP than most places. At Border's you are usually "paying for the wider selection of titles."
Anyway, smart shopping can make that 40% off coupon result in a good deal.
As an example, National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets (Blu-ray) is currently listed at $34.99 at Borders.com. 40% off knocks it down to $20.99.

EDIT: Master & Commander on Blu-ray lists at $39.99 at borders.com. 40% off knocks it down to $23.99.
