Angels and Demons Bluray region locked ? (1 Viewer)

Recently picked up the Bluray for Angels and Demons which had the theatrical and extended verions.
On the back of the box it states Region A, B, C and I own a Region A PS3. I live in a country which the majority of discs in the shops are Region B, but since this was a Sony release and also stated it was A, B, C on the box I thought I was safe.
When I put it in the player it says that this disc is region locked.

Anyone else bought this yet and had a similar experience ??

Cannot comment on this (Angels & Demons) title, but I have had similiar experiences with Sony Blu-ray titles in the past. 'RV - Runaway Vacation' and 'Horton Hears A Who!' are two Sony titles I remeber that although marked as Region 'A/B/C', refused to play in my Region A player. Someone at Sony is quite regularly screwing up the mastering of their Blu-ray discs.

PS: The two above mentioned discs work fine in Region B & Region C players. It seems contrary to the printing on the cover, the discs are actually Region B/C.

The UK release that I bought said B and was B (I had to switch my multi-region BD player to region B to play it).

 

Who cares.
