It would be much much much easier to browse reviews in a list than via large thumbnail images with small text titles below them. It's way easier to identify a film by its title than by a random still image from it, plus reduce the amount of scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling . . .

In the interest of encouraging actual discussion and discouraging the encroachment of social media mindless inanity, I suggest that there be a ban on posts that consist solely or primarily of an animated gif or any other kind of meme. A comprehensive prohibition would be even better.
This thread on the Blu-Ray forum is supposed to be just for the announcement of Kino releases and reaction to those announcements, as the moderator has just said for the umpteenth time and will no doubt once again be quickly ignored by many. Why not restrict posting ability to the Kino Insider...
Searching for a member's posts hasn't been working for a couple days, either via the search box or by the Postings tab on their profile page. Both get error or "no results" messages.

Nor is it listed in the DVD Review Archive page.

Their Facebook page has been talking about this and posting a link that has you sign up for an access code to view a preview or beta version. Apparently that's not quite ready to roll yet either. That's all I've been able to find out.
Here's the link to get the access code. As I said, they're...
I'd find it useful if there were an option to sort reviews chronologically, so that the newest were at the top; right now the only options are Last Update, Title, Replies and Views. Sorting by date first posted - I suppose that would be date thread started - would make it easier to keep track of...

Old news? I hope not.

Both discs of the Disney Rarities lock up my player during the main menus. Player in question is a Pioneer DVL-919 which, while admitedly of ancient vintage, has never done anything like this before. It handles the menus on the Chronological Donald Vol. 2 without a hitch. Anyone else having a...
I see that on the individual thread pages there's a "show a printable version," and when I click it the page loads lickety-split, being primarily text and not having to load everybody's personal images and stuff like that. Is there any way this could be made a global option for users? In other...
The DVD is missing a couple brief shots, a loss which compromises, if not actually outright destroys, a wonderful gag which has always had me laughing out loud. The scene in question occurs at a swanky nightclub; Cary Grant, estranged from wife Irene Dunne, brings his date, showgirl Joyce...
