Yamaha RX-V2600/4600 Questions (1 Viewer)

basically 2 questions, i just bought a 4600, is there anyway to get the GUI to be on 480p instead of 480i? and can the 4600 do 480i -> 480p interlacing?

also is the GUI on the RX-V2600 480p or 480i?

Derek hey you might want to check here for your answer.

I know there are some issues about getting the GUI over HDMI but not sure about the GUI what the output is.

Went to the Yamaha website and their info is not clear either.

Says component video up-conversion but not de-interlacing or anything the link above should also get you close to the info for the 4600 as well try this link too see if this helps.

I'm planning on getting the 2600 here in about 6-8 months cant wait!
