XMen and ID4 (1 Viewer)

Was DVD shopping today and came across a different version of X Men. This one has a different cover and packaging and less on the extras.
Also, I saw a different version of Independence Day than the copy I have. The one I have just says ID4 on the top of the cover. They copy I saw today said ID4 and under it it said Independence Day.
Just wondering if anyone has info on the differences in these releases. thanks.

The copy I bought last year has "Independence Day" on the front cover. I wonder why yours' doesn't...
