Will freq movement of spkrs damage silver coated copper wire? (1 Viewer)

I have to constantly move my speakers into a listenable position then return them back afterward. Will this frequent flexing of speaker wires damage silver coated copper speaker wires? I'm looking at getting a pair of DH Labs Q10 which I hear are fairly "stiff".

i wouldn't even hazard a guess on that one...perhaps the manufacturer should weigh in as i've no idea why they're stiff. tempting to say the constant flexing, if sharp, would tend to fatigue the metal

Stranded wire will take the flexing better and will last for many years provided sharp bends or tautness do not occur, compared with solid wire which could break in less than one year of such daily moves.
