"Take it Easy"
I spent a good portion of my wasted youth cruising around singing Eagles tunes with my friends so I'll always have a fondness for their music.

The best solo work, although much of it occurring before he was an Eagle, was produced by Joe Walsh. I never liked much of Don Henley or Glenn Frey's solo work.
So true, so true! I think that Joe Walsh is one of the most under-rated musicians in Rock and Roll! Great guitarist who was also capable of writing some really good music. And, I love his unique voice!
Anyway, my favorite is Hotel California, which is one of the best Rock and Roll songs ever recorded! Great lyrics, great guitar work, just....GREAT!

"I Can't Tell You Why". It's one of the most heartbreaking songs ever written, and also, was beautifully used in the film "Shoot the Moon".

New Kid in Town was my first favorite song when I was a kid. I still love it--Don Felder's fills are sublime--but I would probably go with either Victim of Love or Sad Cafe. Pretty Maids In A Row is great, too.

I still remember hearing Desperado for the first time; I instantly fell in love with it. Even today, I still feel it's one of the most perfect songs I've heard.
