What's the deal with the Session 9 in Canada? (1 Viewer)

I'm amazed this hasn't been brought up before. It seems the Canadian, Alliance, version of this movie has no English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. Instead the 5.1 is on the French track. The English is 2.0 only. It says this on the cover as well.

Is there, perhaps, two English and French versions of this DVD?

The U.S. DVD only has English 2.0.

Ok, that makes me feel a bit better. I'll have to look into this 5.1 French track further. My friends DVD player confirms it's 5.1 but he doesn't have Dolby Digital. I'll rent it and try it on my pre/pro.
