I was looking through the 2005 catalog for Movies Unlimited, and noticed "The Many Loves of Dobbie Gillis" on both VHS and DVD (in volumes). Does anyone owns these? They're both 50 minutes each with two episodes on them, though Vol. 7 and Vol. 9 is being listed at 55 minutes.

Vol. 1

"Caper at the Bijou"
"The Best Dressed Man"

Vol. 2

"Dobie's Birthday Party"
"The Flying Millicans"

Vol. 3

"The Big Sandwich"
"The Chicken from Outer Space"

Vol. 4

"Lassie Gets Lost"
"Room at the Bottom"

Vol. 5

"Here Comes the Broom"
"Who Needs Elvis?"

Vol. 6

"Move Over, Perry Mason"
"Crazylegs Gillis"

Vol. 7

"Sweet Success of Smell"
"The Long Arm of the Law"

Vol. 8

"It Takes Two"
"I Was a Boy Sorority Girl"

Vol. 9

"Take Me to Your Leader"
"I Remember Muu Muu"

Vol. 10

"Maynard's Farewell to the Troops"
"The Moon and No Pence"

Vol. 11

"Birth of a Salesman"
"The Beast With Twenty Fingers"

Vol. 12

"What Makes the Varsity Drag?"
"Dobie vs. the Machine"

Wow, this is so strange that you asked this question at this time, because last week I purchased one of the volumes (Vol.17 -- "The Blue Tail Fly" where Dobie runs for student council and "The Rice and Old Shoes Caper" where Zelda threatens to marry Maynard if Dobie doesn't marry her) from Movie Unlimited.

You didn't ask a question but I presume you're wanting to know about the length. The shows ran 25 minutes each, so I'm guessing they were the syndicated versions but can't say for sure since I'm too young to remember what the originals would have looked like. The picture quality wasn't the best I've seen, but I would definitely rate it as better than VHS, and definitely worth buying if you like the show.

Hmmm, interesting I was unaware of these. I remember this show fondly from my childhood...and I'm only 24, gotta love Nick at Nite.
