I know it's way early to start wondering about the DVD for Fox's The Girl Next Door, but I recently did an interview with director Luke Greenfield, and of course I made sure to ask him a DVD-related question!

The Girl Next Door hits theaters on April 9th, and man oh man was it a sincerely pleasant surprise!

You bet your sweet ass I'm doing backflips. Sure the movie doesn't come out till April 9th (smart move by Fox to get extra promotion into the film since the sneak preview I saw barely had any people show up), but since I loved it, the film will bomb, and the DVD will be out by August.

There will be an uncut version of the movie? The movie really didn't rely on that much sex, nudity, and/or violence. But I'll take it. The extras seem neat too.
