i dont understand the ending. its like joseph blamed everything to the changeling instead of his own father who killed him. i mean, joseph's father is to be blamed! the changeling is only an orphan...

how was the changeling killed anyway? one scene he was comparing the two medals. then there was a scene about him walking up the burning stair. i dont get it.

It's pretty obvious one of two things happened:
1. He dies from the fire.
2. He has a change of heart and jumps out a window.
You can form your own conclusions.

what was the point of moving the wheel chair downstairs? it scared the hell out of the woman. why?

how did russell know that he had to find a well? when did joseph tell him? i think i missed the detail on that part.
