Tested Power Specifications of Receivers (1 Viewer)

A while ago I stumbled accross a website that listed tested vs stated power specifications for HT Receivers. IE, company X stated 100 wpc when in fact was only 35 when tested... ect. I believe it was a magazine that performed the tests or at least wrote the article.

Would anyone know a link to these test results of this nature?
