Subtitle sync in Beau Pere (1 Viewer)

Anybody else notice that the subtitles get way out of sync in Beau Pere. They're off by a person. It's very distracting. Sometimes, they'll quickly show the first line of dialog from the nex scene, before the current scene has ended.

Same problem exists with In The Realm Of The Senses. It drove me nuts. I had rented it and would've certainly bought the film had it not been for this problem.
