Is 14 guage/4 conductor from parts express good enough for bi-wiring? It will need to run at least 20-30 feet each side.

A few things to consider when selecting wire size:

The wire gauge required is dependent on the current they need to carry to keep voltage drop low, and ideally you want to keep the voltage drop ~ the same for both drivers if bi-wiring, and since the Mid/HF won't need as much current as the midbass, it won't need as large a wire gauge.

So with this in mind, at this point we don't know if 14ga is large enough to get the job done, and the second pair of 14ga is probably way too big.
