Speaker Wire Harmfull To Amp? (1 Viewer)

Hello, I have just recently noticed that one of my rear speaker wire feeds has turned to the green color I have been reading about on here. My question is, when it does turn to this color, does it in anyway harm the amp/receiver or speaker itself?

no...cut a little off...are you using connectors on the wires at all?
