Sony KV30HS510 discontinued? (1 Viewer)

I went to my local Circuit City to pick this TV up because they are offering 24 months same as cash. When I asked them if they had it in stock, they said that it had been discontinued and they will not be getting anymore in stock. Can anyone clarify this or is my local Circuit City just not on the ball? If it has been discontinued, is there any news of a new 30' coming out soon?

The HS510 series will be discontinued in at least a few months and replaced by the next season's lineup. But I don't think the 510s are discontinued yet. The major OEMs routinely change their model lineups annually.

Actually Sony does it twice a year (new model introductions) ; April and November . I suspect others follow suit , shortly following the Consumer Electronics Shows in January and the old Summer show in July (for the Fall and Winter Holiday season).
