1/2 pound of scallops
1/2 pound of salmon
1/2 pound of shrimp #30-40
1 tsp of butter
1 small white onion (cut into small chunks)
1 yellow pepper (cut into large chunks)
1 red pepper (cut into large chunks)
1 green pepper (cut into large chunks)
about 10 cherry tomatoes
1 can of beer
In a large skillet or wok, pour in 1/2 can of any beer.
add salmon (cut in 1" chunks)
add shrimp
add scallops
add butter
heat until beer starts to bubble briskly.
cook this way until salmon is cooked through (about 5 mins)or until beer in skillet is half gone
add all other ingredients to the fish and beer
turn down the heat a little
cover and cook for another 4-5 mins and drink remaining beer in can
serve.
